Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact events, ensuring flawless delivery, cost-efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of production and logistics agencies, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Add value in event content and design, bringing innovation and staying ahead of trends in the global event industry.
  • Support supplier qualification processes and agency evaluations.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Compliance, Procurement, Legal) to align event strategies with business priorities and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and manage post-event processes, including budget reconciliation, documentation archiving, and reporting to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism — Event Management certifications are a plus.
  • Fully bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management or related fields (corporate events, marketing, training, project management).
  • Solid knowledge of national and international vendors, with experience in healthcare or agriculture industries highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you know how to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented, solution-driven, with a positive mindset to navigate complexity and challenge the status quo.
  • High energy, ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital event tools (e.g., Cvent, event apps, SAP).
