Una compañía automotriz internacional en Toluca busca un técnico especializado en neumática, hidráulica y programación de robots. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en mantenimiento de sistemas industriales, así como en la interpretación de diagramas y conocimiento en soldadura. Ofrecemos un ambiente dinámico donde el desarrollo profesional es clave y se fomenta la diversidad en el lugar de trabajo.

Formación

• Conocimientos generales en neumática, hidráulica y electricidad.
• Manejo de procesos de soldadura, incluyendo MIG y manual.
• Interpretación de diagramas y conocimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.

Responsabilidades

• Cumplir con programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Realizar intervenciones de mantenimiento en líneas de ensamble.
• Manejo y funcionamiento de equipos industriales.

Job Responsibilities

• Neumática, hidráulica, electroneumática y electricidad.
• Conocimientos básicos de control y automatización
• Interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos y neumáticos.
• Conocimientos Generales en Electrónica Industrial
• Cumplimiento a los Programas de Mantenimiento Preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
• Conocimiento y funcionamiento de procesos de Soldadura (MIG,manual y automática, Drawn arc Emhart, Soldadura por proyecciones y spot)
• Intervenciones de mantenimiento en líneas de ensamble
• Manejo y funcionamiento de equipos de marcaje thechnifor.
• Conocimiento en redes industriales (ethernet)
• Programación y manejo de Robots kuka y celdas automáticas
• Manejo de Máquinas y herramientas manuales
• Conocimiento en Mecánica Industrial
• Manejo y funcionamiento de equipo Nordson
• Conocimientos de implementación y seguimiento TPM
• Conocimiento en equipos de servicio (torres de enfriamiento, bombas de proceso, compresores neumáticos, extractores de aire)
• Manejo, funcionamiento y control de soldadura Bosch.
• Conocimiento en seguridad aplicada en celdas de proceso.
