Liderear y coordinar proyectos de Mejora Continua alineados a los pilares estratégicos del banco a la vez que permea una cultura de transversalidad. Gestiona la publicación documental del área que lidera con apego a los estándares de calidad del banco: Fomenta que las áreas se apeguen a la metodología de mejora continua del banco con un enfoque en la eficiencia operativa, la mejora de la experiencia del cliente (tanto interno como externo), basándose en los valores, pilares, cultura de riesgo, normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.
