The position involves providing analytical support to the Procurement department and ensuring efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Experience between 2 to 5 years in procurement, finance, or commercial analysis.
• Strong Excel proficiency with pivot tables and complex functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical, financial, and operational support to the Procurement area.
• Ensure efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Track returns of non-conforming materials and resolve commercial disputes.

Conocimientos

Job Description

Provide analytical, financial, and operational support to the Procurement area, ensuring the efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, resolution of commercial disputes with suppliers, tracking of returns of non-conforming materials, and proper issuance of credit notes, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, finance, or commercial analysis, ideally in highly regulated industrial sectors (aerospace, automotive, defense).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with SAP ERP (MM & FI modules).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (quality, logistics, finance).
