A leading insurance company in Nezahualcóyotl is looking for a Command Center Coordinator. The role involves supervising activities of team members, ensuring operational continuity, and communicating effectively with support areas. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Command Center operations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English. Remote work is possible for 3 days a week.

Position Objective

Ensure coordination and supervision of the Command Center activities during shifts, establish effective communication with support areas, monitor and resolve incidents, and guarantee operational continuity. The goal is to optimize operational management and improve Command Center performance.

Organization Reporting Line

Reports to: Command Center & BAM Manager

About The Job

Main Responsibilities

  • Control activities carried out by L0 and L1 team members.
  • Ensure operational continuity during shift changes, providing incident response information.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with support areas to follow up and resolve events and incidents.
  • Prepare reports to identify operational improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with the Command Center’s SLAs.

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Command Center or Monitoring operations, handling alerts and events.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations & Transitions.
  • Ensure availability standards of monitored infrastructure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Unix and Windows OS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills for client negotiations.
  • Leadership and quick decision-making skills.
  • Ability to evaluate situations effectively.
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
