The Mexico Chocolate Academy Chef-Technical Advisor supports and provides specialized training to customers and commercial requests at the Chocolate Academy center. The role focuses on supporting North LATAM Gourmet vision through the five Academy pillars: Customer Journey, Multibrand focus, Market segment penetration, Sales training, and Digital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage campaigns to promote courses and plan the courses calendar with the Head of Chocolate Academy.
  • Integrate our products into new LATAM markets (Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic).
  • Create, innovate, implement, and communicate (distributor and key customer training).
  • Manage specific trainings within budget and quality targets.
  • Share segment knowledge with Chefs and adapt recipes to local products, focusing on priority segments and top applications.
  • Support sales with effective training and demonstrations to increase sales volumes, profitability, and multibrand presence in gourmet segments (HoReCa, BaPa, etc.).
  • Utilize Sales Force tools to demonstrate how Chocolate Academy can create business opportunities and increase product sales.
  • Plan and execute internal and external trainings aligned with commercial objectives.

About you:

  • Degree in culinary arts or over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with software tools (SFDC, SF, CONCUR, etc.) and computing skills.
  • Customer-oriented with an understanding of customer needs and key applications.
  • Strong public speaking and camera skills.
  • Passionate teaching ability.
  • Knowledge of chains and industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Technical expertise and market credibility.
