The Buyer is responsible for supporting procurement activities, sourcing, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies and specifications. This role involves identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. The Buyer will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement operations are streamlined and efficient. The role also involves working closely with procurement teams from other Mattel subsidiaries under the Global Procurement network, ensuring all activities comply with global procurement regulations and standards.
