Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement of goods.
• Purchases raw materials, equipment, tools, parts and supplies for a group of products / functions.
• Develops supply sources by interviewing potential suppliers, visiting current vendors to improve relations and assessing supply facilities and negotiating price.
• Ensures that the minimum level of inventory for the allocated commodities are maintained without jeopardizing the continuity of scheduled production within the customer release schedules.
• Participates as a strategic liaison with the relevant suppliers to ensure raw material requirements are satisfied.
