Primary Skill: Requirements Analysis ( Intermediate)

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency level is recommended. Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy proficiencies are suggested.
Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with technology solutions
Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide strategic insights on business model strategies to drive organizational growth

Advanced conversational English

Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office
Mexico City and Guadalajara: 100% home office
