Una empresa global de servicios financieros busca un Business Intermediate Analyst en Ciudad de México. El candidato ideal debe tener de 2 a 5 años de experiencia, ser un experto en productos derivados y habilidades analíticas efectivas. El rol implica identificar oportunidades de eficiencia y colaborar con contrapartes globales. Se requiere una licenciatura y un dominio intermedio a avanzado de MS Office. Además, se valora una buena comunicación para la interacción con partes interesadas.
The Business Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Verificar que cualquier requerimiento administrativo del proyecto/programa se documente debidamente en la plataforma asignada y asegurar que tenga las características definidas de cumplimiento; para esto, da seguimiento puntual a cada solicitud y alerta oportunamente en caso de riesgo de retrasos.
Revisar periódicamente y al azar, verificando la correcta documentación de los requerimientos procesados por el responsable del proyecto/programa y/o su equipo, solicitando correcciones y el correcto cumplimiento.
Integrar junto con el PCC Líder los temas detectados en las revisiones como áreas de oportunidad para mantener una administración estandarizada.
