A major financial institution in Mexico is looking for an intern to join their team. This entry-level position provides training and knowledge to help students start their careers. The intern will perform basic tasks under supervision and contribute to various core functions. Candidates should demonstrate analytical skills and effective communication. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This role offers a full-time commitment and the chance to grow within the organization.

The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the four core functions at Citi: Global Functions, Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Banking, Enterprise O&T.

Responsibilities

• Performs most basic, routine tasks/assignments
• Works under direct supervision with detailed procedures
• May service a very limited number of products/services
• Applies knowledge of routine work area procedures
• Completes standardized activities
• Exchanges basic information with other co-workers
• Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations
• Selects from a limited number of clearly defined options
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

ASESOR PREVISIONAL AFORE

El Asesor Previsional es un puesto responsable de asesorar de manera integral a sus clientes y prospectos y ofrecerles alternativas de acuerdo con sus necesidades, debe cumplir con los objetivos de asesoría de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicación asignados en coordinación con el equipo de asesores al consumidor más amplio.

Funciones

• Prospección y búsqueda de clientes
• Programación de citas a través de telemarketing
• Asesoría personalizada a clientes identificando sus necesidades
• Seguimiento y cierre de venta
• Abordar a clientes objetivo a través de una propuesta de valor
• Visitas a centros laborales
• Desarrollar estrategias para el alcance de metas
• Lograr o superar los objetivos del puesto y de la Empresa

Requisitos

• Bachillerato concluido comprobable con 1 año de experiencia en venta consultiva en productos financieros o ventas en tiendas departamentales.
• Licenciatura trunca o terminada en áreas económico/administrativas con 3 o más años de Experiencia en alguna Afore y/o Asesoría en productos financieroso ventas en tiendas departamentales.
• Recién egresado de Licenciatura en área económico administrativa e ingenierías, sin experiencia.

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en promoción y venta consultiva, deseable en productos financieros. Deseable con 3 o más años de Experiencia en alguna Afore.
