Responsibilities
- Work along Project Manager to keep track and visibility of product development and changes
- Develop, manage & communicate external issues and change management
- Attend meetings with Stakeholders, compile and present information and reports
- Understand the Transmission Technical Specifications (TTS) and communicates application specific requirements to the team (i.e. max torque, NVH, FE, tire size, FDR selection, mass, etc.)
- Defines and tracks adherence to robust vehicle level and system level/sub-system Functional Objectives
- Represents chief organization on vehicle assembly plant requirements & events (i.e. supports pilot builds, EOL test, VIN marking, build issues, etc.).
- Supports the Product Readiness and LRF (Launch Readiness Form) completion with all stakeholders (COE, DSE, DRE, SWX, Control, Calibration)
- Updates and coordinates approvals of International Product Spec releases, Owner Manual, and Compliance Report
- Fluent Conversational English
- *Must be willing to work on-site in Toluca at the Client´s Offices/Plant 2-3 days per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, mainly in Driveline
- Experience in Design & Release Engineer roles or equivalent
