Formación

• Experience in Design & Release Engineer roles or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Toluca at the Client´s Offices/Plant 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Work along Project Manager to keep track and visibility of product development and changes
• Develop, manage & communicate external issues and change management
• Attend meetings with Stakeholders, compile and present information and reports
• Understand the Transmission Technical Specifications (TTS) and communicates application specific requirements to the team (i.e. max torque, NVH, FE, tire size, FDR selection, mass, etc.)
• Defines and tracks adherence to robust vehicle level and system level/sub-system Functional Objectives
• Represents chief organization on vehicle assembly plant requirements & events (i.e. supports pilot builds, EOL test, VIN marking, build issues, etc.).
• Supports the Product Readiness and LRF (Launch Readiness Form) completion with all stakeholders (COE, DSE, DRE, SWX, Control, Calibration)
• Updates and coordinates approvals of International Product Spec releases, Owner Manual, and Compliance Report
• Fluent Conversational English
• *Must be willing to work on-site in Toluca at the Client´s Offices/Plant 2-3 days per week

Qualifications
