Position Title:Jr. Analyst – Process Architect Optimization
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco México
Department:Global Business Services (GBS)

Role Overview:
The Jr. Analyst – Process Architect Optimization will join the Process Optimization & PMO Service Delivery team at Hershey. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving process architecture, aligning with industry standards and driving value through continuous improvement, automation, and process design methodologies.

The analyst will work closely with global teams, leading the mapping of current and future processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying simplification opportunities, and supporting transformation initiatives across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal experts to identify business needs and document current and future processes.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to enhance quality, reduce complexity, and improve internal and customer experience.
  • Maintain a process documentation library for organizational reference.
  • Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Work with Technology, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and OCM (Organizational Change Management) teams.
  • Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to leadership and steering committees.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Update guides, manuals, and playbooks as processes and technologies evolve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report.
  • At least 1 year of experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking).
  • Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Agile, and Design Thinking.
  • Experience defining User Stories and business requirements.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and prior usage of Visio software is a plus (or preferred)
