We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in the retail sector for our Milan office. You will be part of the project management team, working on various client projects within domains such as Manufacturing, Automotive, and Retail, based on the SAP platform.

• Support Retail, Customer & Services clients in their transformation initiatives.
• Act as the interface between business teams (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Controlling) and project teams.
• Work on different project methodologies (Agile, semi-Agile, V-cycle) depending on the client and assignment.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to define requirements.
• Lead workshops to meet objectives and manage stakeholders.
• Monitor new value-added solutions and bridge business needs with development teams.
• Document work, including questions, hypotheses, and business processes.
• Ensure clear and realistic requirements as the point of contact for business needs.
• Represent the business throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on process/system risks and propose alternatives.
• Collaborate with architecture teams on roadmaps and acceptance specifications.
• Develop service offerings around process optimization and operational performance.
• Assist in drafting responses to calls for tender.

• Minimum of 5 years' higher education (Master's, engineering, etc.)
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.

• Autonomous, curious, and team-oriented.
• Ability to communicate and formalize information effectively.
• Proactive with a cooperative spirit.
• Strong digital culture and regular monitoring.
• Experience working in international contexts and proficient in English.
• Skills in Agile practices, design thinking, and lean methodologies.
