A global engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise and project support for offshore wellhead platforms. The role involves coordinating across multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring I&C systems are designed and installed according to specifications, international standards, and safety requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields and extensive experience in offshore oil & gas projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering within offshore oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a PMC or Operator role reviewing EPC contractor deliverables.
• Valid offshore survival (BOSIET/FOET) and medical certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary I&C technical authority for the offshore wellhead platform project.
• Review and approve EPC contractor design deliverables.
• Ensure all I&C designs meet project specifications and safety integrity level (SIL) requirements.
• Coordinate system integration between control systems.
• Support commissioning and functional testing of I&C systems offshore.
