Troubleshoot Alstom products at customer sites to ensure their availability. Provide technical expertise to subcontractors, warranty support teams, project team members, and less experienced personnel. Carry out troubleshooting during Product Introduction (PI), Pre-warranty, & Commissioning, including investigation and repair, and support Validation & Certification activities if applicable.
