Role description

The mission of the Industrial Engineer we are looking for is to work as a Project Manager in investments, development and maintenance projects of machines, automations, infrastructure.

Your main challenges

Investments

• Ensures Project Management of assigned investment projects, coordinating internal and external resources
• Prepares the business cases for investment approval
• Defines and develops new processes specifications and objectives (Machinery)
• Follows up the implementation of the new processes until the achievement in production of the targeted project goals

Developments

• Streamlines production processes through machinery optimization (Plastic injection molding)
• Optimizes existing processes, with a focus on improving performance and reducing waste through technical modifications.

Infrastructure - maintenance

• Collaborates to the definition of the plant layout
• Supports improvement actions in terms of safety of the production process and with a vision focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with maintenance and production departments, maximizing the success of implemented projects
