Company: Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, located in Tradate, is seeking for an important Plastic Sector company:

The selected candidate will join a significant manufacturing company in the plastics field. Depending on skills and experience, they may be assigned to the finishing department, where they will handle activities such as finishing, assembly, and quality control using specific bench tools, or to the molding department, operating machinery and performing quality checks on components at the press.

• Previous experience, even minimal, in production environments, preferably in manual activities related to plastics and/or mechanics, or experience in molding or operating plastic manufacturing machinery like presses.
• Good manual dexterity and practicality.
• Availability for full-time work on day shifts and shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of plastic processing, problem-solving skills, and team working attitude are appreciated.

• Work location: near Castronno
• Working hours: full time on day or night shifts, Monday to Friday, two shifts
• Contract: fixed-term temporary employment with potential for continuation
