The Product

ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.

Who are we looking for

At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional UX / UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.

Your mission will be to craft user-centric designs, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry.

This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in the office in Milan, Italy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, iterating on designs based on user feedback
• Use data, A / B testing, qualitative research, and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface design
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIs
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process
