Lumen is a newly founded Think Tank dedicated to research across the entire digital ecosystem. We believe the frontier of technology is too vast to be mapped alone. Our objective is to create a collaborative space where we can study, analyze, and advance our collective knowledge of the digital world.

We are searching for a Lead Researcher to join the founding team. You are likely a university student or a recent graduate with experience in producing and publishing research papers. You know how to conduct a study from start to finish and feel ready to lead others toward successful results.

The ideal candidate has an academic background in the fields of Tech, Data, AI, Marketing, Cybersecurity, and everything related to digital. But other backgrounds are welcome.

Prior professional job experience is not required. We value your academic rigor and your desire to lead.

As Lead Researcher, you will have the autonomy to decide research topics and lead a team of researchers through the development and publishing of papers and reports. The role is remote and flexible. We expect a commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week depending on the project, and you are free to manage your own schedule.
