Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong sales and leadership skills to lead a newly opened store in Palermo. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of a new location, establish customer relationships, and contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the store and team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance
2. Drive sales through effective leadership and motivation of the team
3. Manage daily store operations, including inventory and visual merchandising
4. Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales targets
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong sales experience with a proven track record of leadership
2. Fluency in English and Italian (both required for communication with the international team)
3. Passion for art and innovative products
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve high performance
6. Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays (2 days off per week)
