Job summary
A leading global footwear retailer is looking for a candidate to join their Store Design & Construction department. This role entails supporting the design and realization of retail stores, drafting projects, and liaising with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in architecture or industrial design and be proficient in Autocad, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Working remotely is an option after the initial training period.
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture or industrial design is required.
- Good knowledge of Autocad, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential.
- Ability to work in teams and creatively communicate with different departments.
Responsibilities
- Support the design of works for BATA & AW LAB store retail and franchising.
- Draft outline projects according to BATA & AW LAB concepts.
- Conduct surveys of shop or warehouse premises.

The candidate will be placed in the Store Design & Construction department focus on supporting the design of works for the realisation of the BATA & AW LAB Western Europe store retail and franchising. In addition, he/she will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects.
- Survey of shop/warehouse premises
- Drafting outline projects according to the BATA & AW LAB concept
- Discussion with Omnichannel/Franchisee for project definition
- Drafting of the executive project
- Support during final pre‑opening testing
- Degree in architecture/industrial design
- Good knowledge of Autocad drawing programme
- Good knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop graphics programmes
- Good knowledge of Office programmes
