A leading global footwear retailer is looking for a candidate to join their Store Design & Construction department. This role entails supporting the design and realization of retail stores, drafting projects, and liaising with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in architecture or industrial design and be proficient in Autocad, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Working remotely is an option after the initial training period.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The candidate will be placed in the Store Design & Construction department focus on supporting the design of works for the realisation of the BATA & AW LAB Western Europe store retail and franchising. In addition, he/she will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects.

KEY CHALLENGES

• Survey of shop/warehouse premises
• Drafting outline projects according to the BATA & AW LAB concept
• Discussion with Omnichannel/Franchisee for project definition
• Drafting of the executive project
• Support during final pre‑opening testing
