ChargeGuru operates in France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Germany, UK and Republic of Ireland.

To consolidate its activity in Italy, ChargeGuru looks for a versatile Junior Project Engineer to grow within the Operation team, managing projects of installation of Charging stations for Electric Vehicles in Italy; direct interaction with our international Global team will also be needed.

• Become an expert of the installation of EV charging equipment : seamless deployment of EV chargers for private and company drivers.
• Build relationships of trust and provide support to the installation partners of our network.
• Become an expert of our best-in-class software tools to manage the workflow as well as of the best charging equipment on the market
• Manage the installers, dispatching the projects and following up until completion, being involved directly in the more difficult ones and monitoring the simple ones.
• Pre-sales : study of power systems, briefing of installation partners, production of technical and economic proposals
• Post-sales : management of purchases and supply of equipment, support for installation partners and monitoring of installations, management of interactions with customers
• Take part in cross-functional and international projects in order to grow the ChargeGuru effectiveness in the Italian and European markets.

Ideally you have :

• Electrical Engineering degree (bachelor or master) : other fields of engineering are also welcome if you have the basics and a will to build a solid knowledge in electrification.
• Some knowledge of electrical installations or similar (e.g. TLC installations). Knowledge of EV charging, including technical standards, rules and regulations would be a welcome plus
• Good knowledge of English language. French or Spanish is a nice plus

Preferable but not essential :

• Knowledge of EV charging, including technical standards, rules and regulations.
• Know the basics of electrical design and / or project management

• Taste for challenges and responsibilities of a fast-growing lean organization.
• Organized, rigorous and autonomous, with a strong start-up mindset.
• Ability in building relationships, speaking to partners, building trust as main pillar.
• A keen interest in the automotive market, electric vehicles, Energy Transition; or all three.
• Willingness to learn quickly and loving a job well done!
