A dynamic student accommodation provider in Milano seeks a Financial Controller to lead financial operations, oversee accounting processes, and manage local accountants. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 5-10 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS. This role offers significant responsibilities and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5-10 years in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Proven experience with Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience preparing VAT returns and statutory financial statements.

Mansioni

• Lead all financial operations for Nido and Livensa’s Italian platform.
• Oversee full accounting processes under Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Produce monthly management accounts and reports.
