Belka is a knowledge firm dedicated to helping Software as a Service (SaaS) companies grow. We craft product interfaces that deliver results and enhance product development. While it may sound fancy, it simply means we are a group of curious people building and studying mobile and desktop applications, websites, and design systems, and sharing our insights along the way.

Right now, we are a team of 15 people, mostly designers and engineers, working from Belka’s offices in beautiful Trento and lively Torino, and sometimes remotely — whatever works.

We’re very good at what we do, even if we do say so ourselves. Our clients think so, too. In the last five years we’ve worked with some of the nicest people at the smartest companies in Italy : Fatture in Cloud, Subito.it, NeN, Switcho, Spiagge.it, Redokun to name a few. You’ve probably heard of them. Maybe you’ve even used their products.

In short : We’re a successful company with some excellent people, working on fun projects with serious clients. We like it, and we want more. This is why we’re planning to become bigger and better, with more fun projects and more serious clients.

Money! - Belka offers competitive salaries between 30k€ and 40k€ plus bonus agreed on results and a full-time permanent contract.

Remote ! - You will be able to work remotely from where you prefer. However, in order to remember that beyond work are still human beings, you will be required to come to visit us in our nice headquarters in Trento every once a month-ish. All expenses are on us!

Learning! - Never stop growing. People here are motivated to improve their skills constantly. To support your thirst for knowledge you have a yearly budget of 1000 € you can spend on courses, conferences, books, or whatever can help you learn something.

Coaching! - You will have someone guiding you through your growth journey in Belka. We run weekly 1 : 1 for all members of the team which means you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive help from your responsible on a weekly basis. Or talk about your recent holiday or the last movie you watched on Netflix. It’s your time, it’s up to you.

Fun! - We didn’t mention that we’re a group of cheerful folks, we like spending time together and we regularly host company retreats, where we can all know each other better, play and laugh together. Yes, you’ll be asked to help organize them but you’ll also contribute to the fun!

Now let’s talk about you!

You are a professional specialised in creating and implementing strategies aimed at generating potential leads. Your primary goal is to attract interested individuals through qualified contacts who could become clients.

Your responsibilities include :

Designing and executing a marketing plan

Generating inbound leads (MQL)

Expanding our online presence

Collecting, managing, and updating contact data within the CRM

Distributing knowledge to our contacts through articles, news, webinars, videos, and podcasts

What will you do in Belka

Content Creation : deliver engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, and videos, to attract the interest of the target audience.

Ad Campaign Management : Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and other digital marketing channels to attract new leads.

Use of Marketing Automation Tools : Utilize marketing automation software to manage, track, and deliver relevant content to leads through email marketing, lead scoring, and CRM.

Landing Pages and Conversion Forms : Create and optimize landing pages and contact forms to maximize conversions and collect information from website visitors.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns using web analytics tools (we like Plausible but if you have smarter ideas we’re open to listen) to continuously optimize strategies based on the obtained results.

Collaboration with Sales Teams : Work closely with the sales team to ensure that generated leads are qualified and ready to be followed up and converted into customers.

Audience Segmentation : Identify and segment the target audience based on various criteria such as industry, behavior, interests, etc., to personalize campaigns and increase their effectiveness.

We are looking for someone with

2 or more years of prior experience in B2B Marketing for knowledge or professional service firms

C1 level in English or equivalent

C1 level in Italian or equivalent

Previous experience with :

Webflow, or other no-code website builder

Mailchimp, or equivalent

Pipedrive, or equivalent

You are able to produce and publish content on social media

You are likely to be

Brave and open to challenges. You face every project with a growth mindset to promote the value of design both for Belka and our clients

Passionate about designing solutions to user problems

Able to express yourself concisely and clearly with everyone, founders included

Used to working by starting from others’ ideas

Motivated to experiment with different ways of approaching work in order to develop skills and knowledge needed for your role

Unafraid of asking questions to the team and to clients : you are willing to bring your opinion to the table, and you able to share it with everyone in the room.

Familiar with EOS Traction

Excellent Excel knowledge

Experience in creating multimedia content for YouTube / podcasts

Experience in organizing live events such as meet-ups or conferences

Experience in community management

You have a sincere passion for bullet points (we do, too)
