As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring personalized and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has teamwork skills, knowledge of service standards, and the ability to create personalized interactions with guests and colleagues.

1. Prepare desserts, pastries, and cakes with care, leading the team.
2. Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests related to pastry preparation.
3. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
4. Collaborate flexibly and supportively with team members.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury settings.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and basic English.
