A prominent food delivery service is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee relationships with restaurant brands in Sardinia. This role requires excellent account management skills, along with P&L knowledge and negotiation experience. About the role

Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth.

The AM team focuses on the Italian market, working with internal departments such as marketing, operations and product to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. Our team is passionate, dynamic, fun, and relationship‑oriented.

This role is based in Sassari and will report to the Regional Manager of the region.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network
  • Monitor and analyse performance, share results with partners and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partner mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition)
  • Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, impacting positively both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share
  • Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales
  • P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Experience creating long‑term relationships
  • Demonstrated experience using tools and project‑management applications to guide best practice
  • Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a plus
