The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance roles within startups, excellent skills in financial modelling, and the ability to make strategic recommendations. This role involves collaborating closely with the CEO and operational teams across multiple countries to drive growth and profitability.

Competenze

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong skills in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Experience in fundraising across various instruments.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain the financial model of Escape Campus Group.
• Lead and structure the fundraising strategy.
• Monthly/quarterly reporting and cash flow management.
