Job Description

Reporting to the PL Director, the Manager will oversee the business operations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. The role involves managing the Retail and Food Service channels for PL products and promoting the branded products within the assigned region, with a primary focus on managing and developing PL.

Main responsibilities include:

• Achieving assigned goals, managing the products P&L, and contributing to the Group's development plans;
• Gathering comprehensive information about the current business by collaborating with existing structures to independently manage clients, in coordination with other departments;
• Managing proposals for new references, developing new products in coordination with marketing, R&D, logistics, quality, and procurement;
• Strengthening existing partnerships with PL clients;
• Coordinating and optimizing all commercial and project activities to align with the company's international development goals;
• Identifying new geographical markets, expanding the customer portfolio, and implementing improvements and efficiency actions to support business expansion in line with market needs and distribution channels.
