As a Supply Chain Excellence Leader you will report to Plant Scheduling & Logistics Manager based in Porcia for a permanent contract.

Your mission

1. Optimize Internal Logistics: Ensure smooth and efficient internal material flows from goods receipt to production lines
2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, support replenishment processes, and contribute to accurate stock control
3. Lean Improvements: Apply value stream mapping and lean tools to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
4. Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between logistics, production, and planning to align priorities and processes
5. Logistics Projects: Support or lead initiatives focused on logistics optimization and continuous improvement
6. Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues across departments and Internationally across the group to contribute to a high-performing logistics team

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
2. At least 5 years' experience in logistics operations, internal flow management, and supply chain support
3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
4. Proven experience with lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kanban
5. Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
6. Fluent English language skills
