We’re seeking a Junior Treasury Accountant to join our dynamic Finance Department at Costa's Headquarter in Genoa, Italy. This role will focus on bank transaction reconciliation and supporting our Treasury Refunds Team.

• As a Junior Treasury Accountant, you will be at the heart of our cash operations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of bank transactions and supporting refund processes.
• You will contribute to the financial integrity of our operations by maintaining high standards and collaborating across teams.

• You will ensure accuracy by analyzing bank transactions uploaded into the Treasury System and verifying alignment with forecasts.
• You will maintain financial compliance by correctly allocating transactions into the Accounting System.
• You will support our Treasury Refunds Team by managing refund requests and ensuring timely release, whether automatic or manual.
• You will contribute to the effectiveness of our cash management processes and help drive improvements.

• You will work with financial data to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• You will enhance treasury tools and systems, always seeking innovative ways to improve efficiency.
• You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting cross-functional collaboration.

• You will leverage your experience in cash management and financial reporting to support treasury operations with precision.
• You will apply your strong knowledge of accounting principles and cash flow processes to ensure financial accuracy.
