A leading veterinary care organization is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Milan, Italy. This full-time position is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, working closely with local leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business needs. Candidates should have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site environment or veterinary sector, and be fluent in both Italian and English. The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and enhancing employer branding.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multi-site context.
• Experience in the veterinary sector or fields with scarce candidates is a plus.
• Familiarity with employment laws and diversity hiring practices.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing techniques.
• Act as a trusted advisor to area leaders on hiring and recruitment best practices.
