Job Title : Data Analyst (Power BI)

Contract Duration : 6 Months + Extension

Start Date : Beginning of August (ASAP onboarding preferred)

Daily Rate : Negotiable

We are partnered with a large international FinTech company seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to support a strategic dashboard project. This role involves building impactful dashboards, ensuring best practices in data visualization, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role includes mentoring a junior Power BI analyst, with a few hours dedicated daily to training and support.

• Develop and deliver new dashboards in Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into visual reports.
• Mentor and upskill a junior data analyst for 3–4 hours daily.
• Ensure dashboard performance, usability, and adherence to data standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, with advanced hands-on knowledge.
• Solid understanding of data storytelling, visualization best practices, and dashboard performance tuning.
• Experience working with diverse datasets and transforming them into actionable insights.

• Italian language skills (not essential but preferred).
• English proficiency for documentation and communication.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
• Power BI certifications (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

• 100% remote; EU time zone preferred.

One-stage technical interview (30–60 minutes) with a senior data analyst. Decision expected within a day after the interview.
