As part of the expansion of our Italian subsidiary, we are recruiting a Junior Site Engineer to support our technical teams in the execution of data center projects.

• Assist senior engineers and project managers in supervising on-site work related to data center construction or renovation.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in progress reporting and documentation of site operations.
• Contribute to quality control, schedule follow-up, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Help manage technical issues and ensure escalation to the project team when necessary.
• Support the implementation of project procedures and best practices.

Hard Skills

• Degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical or similar).
• First professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in construction or technical project environments.
• Familiarity with construction standards and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Fluency in Italian; working knowledge of English or French is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Capacity to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Based in Northern Italy (Milan or nearby).
• Occasional travel within Italy and to France may be required.

Descrizione del ruolo

Nell’ambito dello sviluppo della nostra filiale italiana, cerchiamo un / a Junior Site Engineer per supportare i nostri team tecnici nella realizzazione di progetti data center.

Responsabilità

• Supportare ingegneri senior e project manager nel monitoraggio delle attività in cantiere
• Verificare il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e delle norme di sicurezza da parte degli appaltatori
• Collaborare alla redazione dei report di avanzamento lavori e della documentazione tecnica
• Partecipare al controllo qualità, al rispetto delle tempistiche e alla gestione delle comunicazioni
• Segnalare eventuali criticità e supportare la risoluzione dei problemi tecnici
• Contribuire all'applicazione delle procedure di progetto e delle best practice

Competenze tecniche

• Laurea in ingegneria (edile, meccanica, elettrica o affini)
• Prima esperienza nel settore edilizio o in contesti tecnici (anche stage o apprendistato)
• Conoscenza di base della normativa tecnica e della documentazione di cantiere
• Padronanza del pacchetto Office e strumenti di gestione progetti
• Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano; l’inglese o il francese sono un plus

Competenze trasversali

• Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative
• Precisione, autonomia, spirito d’iniziativa
• Propensione al lavoro in team e alla crescita professionale

• Sede : Nord Italia (preferibilmente Milano o zone limitrofe)
• Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia o in Francia

Retribuzione : Commisurata a profilo ed esperienza
