- Strategy & Organization (30%)
- Develop and execute Sales & Pricing strategies with the Sales Force.
- Set data-driven sales targets, ensuring market opportunities are maximized.
- Oversee territory coverage and optimize sales execution.
- Prepare sales, margin, and forecast reports for management.
- Drive training & development to enhance team performance.
- Sales & Business Development (70%)
- Build and maintain strong customer & key account relationships.
- Support the Sales Force in generating profitable opportunities.
- Manage tender processes and offer creation.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and key meetings.
- Monitor performance and optimize sales operations.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
- Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari.
