In this pivotal role, you will support attorneys specializing in commercial real estate transactions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of legal processes.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft and review essential legal documents, such as lease agreements, purchase contracts, and title reports.
• Conduct thorough research on property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
• Facilitate communication among clients, title companies, and other third parties during the transaction processes.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring compliance and access to necessary documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, closings, and court filings.

• 5+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proficient in legal software and case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
