LEGAL SPECIALIST
Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company in Parma is seeking a Legal Specialist with a Master's degree in Law and 3-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will support legal operations, draft contracts and provide internal legal advice across Italian and foreign subsidiaries. Excellent English proficiency is crucial for assisting in various legal matters and best practice sharing. This full-time position is key to the legal team's operations and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in law firms or legal departments of medium to large companies.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Responsibilities
- Support the BU Head of Legal in managing day-to-day activities and business development projects.
- Draft and review national and international contracts.
- Provide internal legal advice to support operational colleagues.

Education
Beghelli is looking for a Legal Specialist with a strong academic background in Law and 3–5 years of experience gained in legal firms or in the legal department of medium or large companies.
The selected candidate will join the Legal Team of the Business Unit Lighting, providing valuable support in the following activities:
- Supporting the BU Head of Legal in the managing day to day activities and business development projects, as identified from time to time;
- Drafting and reviewing national and international contracts;
- Providing internal legal advice to support operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiaries;
- Sharing best practices on legal topics with operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiaries;
- Analysing and interpreting legal information and conducting legal research;
- Management issues related to the protection of intellectual property (e.g., anti-counterfeiting programs).
- Master’s degree in Law;
- 3-5 years of experience in law firms or in the legal department of medium to large companies;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
