A multinational consulting firm is looking for a SAP MM Senior Consultant in Milan. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes, engaging in international projects, and designing solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate has a Master's in Economics or Engineering, at least 4-5 years of consulting experience, and is fluent in Italian and English. In our Technology Service Line, within out SAP area, we’re looking for a new colleague to join as SAP MM Senior Consultant. You will be based in our office in Milan or Turin, with a hybrid way of working.

What will you do?

• You will be engaged in conducting discovery activities, understanding client’s business needs, carrying on process reengineering activities to IT system implementation (SAP S4/HANA solutions; SAP MM/WM).
• You will manage the Material Management area, focusing on the Material and Vendor master data management, the Procurement and the Purchasing inbound processes, the stock and the warehouse management.
• You will have the opportunity to undertake international projects and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders all over the world.
• You will participate to workshop with the customer people, where you will understand the current process, and through brainstorming deep dive analysis sessions you will figure out the processes that could be improve on that business.
• You will design and define the TO-BE processes, adopting SAP ECC or S/4 HANA solutions, basing on the customer needs.
• You will make functional and technical analysis with the help of the IT Team in order to support the implementation of the end-to-end processes.
• You will follow the development, the testing and the release of the new functionalities to the customer.
• You will train the customer’s employees on the new functionalities and will assist them during the first usage of the new processes.
• You will be responsible of a small team of Analysts and Consultants, following them in the correct delivery of the tasks.
• You will report to the Project Manager of the team and you will act as business partner in supporting Process Owner, Key Users and End Users of the Customer.

Whom are we looking for?

• You have a Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering field, gained with excellent results from a top University/Business School.
• You are fluent both in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
• You have a previous experience of at least 4-5 years within a Management Consulting company, focused on following business processes: MM/WM.
• You have a previous experience of SAP project delivery in SAP Manufacturing area.
• You have experience in transformation programs supporting operations analysis design and implementation.
• Experience in international projects, will be considered as a plus.

In addition, you are familiar with the following set of environments:

• Industrial market knowledge from process reengineering to IT system implementation.
• Good IT skills developed through project in complex IT environment.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies.
• Process expertise in extended operational area and in particular on MM processes.
