Overview

ePackPro is a fast-growing tech company helping Horeca professionals digitalize their HACCP procedures (food safety and tracability). Our mission is to help our client save time and reconnect with their passion.

We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our team in Milan. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, leveraging your communication skills and sales talent to generate interest and book demo meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls and exploiting leads from marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book meetings for the sales team
  • Reactivating key leads and opportunities
  • Targeting specific ICPs with high conversion rate
  • Keep track of all interactions and opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce)
Who you are / Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with the Horeca sector is a plus, although not mandatory
  • Fluent in Italian; fluency in English would be a great plus to facilitate communication and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills helping you build connection quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
