Offrendo contratto permanente e stipendio tra €50.000 e €60.000 annui, il candidato ideale è laureato in ingegneria e ha esperienza nella progettazione di sistemi. Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Between €50,000 and €60,000

The Company

The company is an engineering firm focused on the design and R&D of machines and systems, part of an international group with several manufacturing sites in Italy. It is known for being a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization.

The Role

You will be involved in R&D for the development of production systems (automatic lines) with mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic components. You will report to a technical manager and work closely with the project manager, purchasing manager, suppliers, and consultants.

Your Responsibilities

• Research solutions to optimize costs and timelines
• Plan engineering sequences and monitor development schedules
• Build and develop the component or group database
• Estimate design hours required
• Apply calculations for cold and hot mechanics
• Participate in the commissioning of designed machines

Candidate Profile

• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Significant experience in technical offices, designing systems, special machines, or production lines in medium to large companies on a project basis
• Experience in process or production engineering
• Proficiency in 3D design using CREO, Inventor, or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of mechanical machining and medium-heavy carpentry
• Skills in designing and implementing furnaces, cooling systems, temperature controls, pneumatics, and fluid dynamics
• Knowledge of heat treatments and surface coatings
• Familiarity with PDM systems
• Motivated by continuous learning and professional growth, willing to take responsibility
• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively at all levels
• Willing to undertake occasional travel

What the Company Offers

• Permanent contract
• Gross annual salary between €50,000 and €60,000, depending on experience
