A global life sciences company is seeking a People Partner to manage HR functions across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in HR operations, with a mix of strategic and hands-on experience. Fluent English and Italian are essential, along with a strong understanding of employment laws in Italy and other European countries. The People Partner reports to the People Director and works closely with the European and global HR team, as well as other global functions like Finance and Legal, and external partners and service providers. This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries.
We are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational mindset. Someone who enjoys “doing” as much as “guiding,” and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in the face of change, and passionate about growing in a healthy, sustainable way.
The People Partner plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high‑quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. A strong understanding of service‑based business models and client‑centric logic is highly valued.
