Il candidato ideale è un professionista con almeno 7 anni di esperienza, dotato di una solida formazione in economia o giurisprudenza e una certificazione per esercitare. Si richiedono ottime competenze in inglese e capacità di lavorare in team, con un approccio flessibile e dinamico. Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, your tasks will include :

• Analyzing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and providing ongoing advice to companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors;
• Expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
• Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• Handling tax litigation;
• Ensuring tax compliance;
• Applying VAT to financial transactions;
• Taxation of financial returns.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This is a perfect opportunity if you have :

• At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms;
• Certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer;
• A master’s degree in economics and / or law;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
• A flexible and dynamic approach.
