Overview

Fintech Principal Sales Leader, US FSI Fintech – Job ID : 3157467 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.
We are looking for a talented individual to drive hyper‑growth, helping AWS customers operate on AWS and innovate on our platform. The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing the account strategy and leading the extended team to help the customer achieve growth targets, thereby increasing AWS revenue and service growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales.
  • Build relationships across the account, develop a broad strategy for customer acceptance and AWS service implementation, and lead a cross‑functional team to address customer needs.
  • Sell at the most senior level (C‑level) and balance customer interests with AWS business needs, including dotted‑line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technology‑related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
  • Experience working with customers in Financial Services or Fintech.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign‑on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
