Direct and lead mining operation activities to ensure production is achieved in accordance with procedures and improvement program, budget, and in compliance with Company's policy, HSE standards, and regulations. Provide the key interface between Engineering and Operations and responsible for ensuring the execution of mine planning is accurate and productive.

Direct responsibility for Engineering and Production. The Mining Manager shall direct and control all Engineering, Mine Planning, and Production execution on site to maximize productivity, utilization, and cost-effectiveness related to project targets. Productivity, utilization, and cost-effectiveness related to project targets are successfully maximized.
Foster a safety culture, including Zero Incidents and BBS (Behavior Based Safety) program, and be responsible for all safety aspects within the mining areas of the project. Safety culture and all safety aspects within the mining areas are fostered successfully.
Direct, monitor, and control equipment usage to minimize abuse of unit application, unit failure, and property damage; and to extend unit lifetime. Units' lifetime has been successfully extended.
Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and support Superiors (DPM/PM) in implementing project improvements to support operations and achieve EBT targets. EBT targets are achieved, and operations are significantly improved.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (including identification, mitigation, and monitoring of SHE risks), including SHE Management System, to ensure the effectiveness of programs conform to official standards, requirements, and procedures. Ensure the execution of SHE responsibilities meets the intended outcomes:
- SHE risks are well maintained
- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System complies with current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
