Responsibilities

• Able to manage quality issue (internal/external) and 8D report
• Understand International standard ISO 14001, IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑A‑610
• To manage product quality issue and communicate with Program on customer requirement
• To conduct inspection data analysis, define the top problem and conduct meeting to ensure corrective measure is implemented
• Assist in the compilation and analysis of quality performance for submission to management for review and discussion
• Assist in conducting Internal Audit
• To ensure quality inspections/improvement activities are being conducted
• To generate quality related work instruction
• Investigate causes of non‑conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem

Qualifications

• To be able to perform FA activities
• To be able to ensure effective implementation of Preventive and corrective action
• Able to conduct RCA and 8D
• Able to conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ-17
• Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools e.g. QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean manufacturing
• Able to demonstrate effective leadership
• Able to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP and APQP related to Quality
• Proven work experience in PCBA process
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands‑on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
