Requirements
  • At least 7 years in sales in IT software product, with a strong preference for backgrounds in law, AI/technology, or education sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, with a track record of achieving significant sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the legal sector's dynamics and challenges, with insights into how technology can solve industry-specific problems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, particularly in a cross-functional setting.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
