We’re looking for a Loading Operator to join our Commercial team at Palembang LPG Plant. This role is responsible for safely performing loading and unloading operations, monitoring product transfer activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards at the site.

Work Location: Site Palembang LPG Plant – Palembang.

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Loading Supervisor.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Management, Economic, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Manufacture, or Petrochemical industry, in a related operational role.
• Good understanding of loading/unloading operations and equipment handling.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Physically fit with good stamina for field operations.
• Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality of work information.

• Prepare, inspect, and operate weighing equipment including computer devices.
• Carry out loading/unloading activities of LPG, Propane, and Condensate products at the Filling Station.
• Fill out loading/unloading documents and submit them to the Supervisor for signature.
• Inspect all equipment (hoses, scales, local panels, etc.) before completing loading/unloading activities, including stopping the loading pump.
• Implement and understand Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report any potential hazards.
• Responsible to the Chief Loading for all loading/unloading tasks and maintain confidentiality within the scope of work.
• Support emergency response and safety drills when required.
• Implement and uphold SMK3 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and SML (Environmental Management System).
• Report unsafe conditions or non-compliance issues to the supervisor.
