The Bali Nusra - Food & Mart City Sales team is responsible for growing Grab & our Merchants. We make an impact by managing merchants, helping them to grow their business through maintaining their content, introducing and encouraging them to various tools that benefit them such as but not limited to various campaigns and advertisements. We're looking for a strategic and Upmarket & Local Legend Manager Associate to lead our efforts in unlocking the hidden potential of high-quality, under-the-radar merchants. This role functions as a growth incubator—not traditional sales. Your mission is to activate, influence, and elevate select premium brands through personalized engagement, inflection-point strategies, and brand-building initiatives. You will be reporting to the manager. You will be based onsite.

• Identify & select upmarket and local legend merchants in the area based on several indicators: customer ratings, reviews, cuisine profile, pricing, and reservation behavior.
• Drive business growth on the selected merchants, especially on their delivery business.
• Forecast budget requirement for offline campaigns of the selected merchants
• Lead non-campaign-based offline activations (e.g., events, launches), driving several meaningful merchant-led initiatives per semester.
• Execute brand-building offline activities per semester, with long lasting impact duration.

• Experience: 4–7 years in premium brand management, F&B incubation, merchant success, or lifestyle strategy. Experience with upmarket segments is an advantage.
• Approach: Less transactional, more curatorial. You're a growth strategist and brand builder.
• Experience on stakeholder engagement, ecosystem mapping, and program design. Data- and insight-driven.
• Ownership, creativity, and a long-term incubation lens.
