Job summary

A leading engineering company in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced Quality Control professional to ensure compliance with project specifications and QC standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in Quality Control, preferably in the EPC, Oil & Gas, or LNG sectors. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, preparing ITPs, and managing non-conformance reports. This role offers opportunities to work on project sites and foster interactions with various teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Quality Control, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, or LNG projects.
  • Experienced in preparing and reviewing ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), inspection checklists, and QC reports.
  • Familiar with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods – certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection of materials, equipment, and site works according to project standards.
  • Prepare and review ITPs, inspection checklists, and QC documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of work quality with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Skills

Strong knowledge of QC standards and regulations (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, or other relevant standards)
Ability to read and interpret P&ID, engineering drawings, and technical documents
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Strong communication and coordination skills
